What is Theseus ?
Can we still connect with those from our past even as we evolve and change?
When the young alien Theseus leaves home to become the rockstar they've always dreamed of being, their body and voice evolve alongside them — a metamorphosis that renders them unrecognizable even to their own twin, putting their once unbreakable bond in question.
The siblings' journey to reconnect takes center stage in this 3D animated short. Full of nostalgic sci-fi visuals and album cover aesthetics, this otherworldly rock opera embraces the universal language of music. Every aspect of the world, including dialogue, becomes an instrumental component.
What's the Status ?
STORY
We're in the process of putting the finishing touches on the script and are entering the storyboarding phase.

We're currently defining the design of the environment and characters to be used in further 3D testing.

MUSIC
We're teaming up with the Øresund Space Collective, who will be writing and performing the soundtrack, infusing it with an all-instrumental rock sound.
